By downloading, installing, or using InkStory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

InkStory is a mobile application that allows users to associate audio, music, and video with tattoo photographs and play them back using augmented reality scanning. The service includes a free trial (15 scans, 1 tattoo) and a premium tier ($7 USD, one-time payment) for unlimited usage.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos, audio files, and videos you upload to InkStory. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

4. Payments and Refunds

Premium access is a one-time purchase of $7 USD processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective app store terms. We do not charge recurring subscription fees.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use InkStory to upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

InkStory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
