We use your information solely to provide and improve the InkStory service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your tattoo photos and audio files are stored on your device. If you choose to sync, data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

InkStory integrates with Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube for media playback. When you link a track from these services, their respective privacy policies apply. We use Firebase Analytics and Sentry for crash reporting and app improvement.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at inkstory.care@gmail.com. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data.
